  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective. 
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is out of stock, you may wait for restock or exchange to another item and pay the additional amount. 
  • Customers are kindly responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 7 business days.
