Our Resizing Policy

  • Our resizing service comes at no additional cost to all Lumichu customers.
  • Customers are eligible for one ring resizing within 7 days of receiving their product.
  • The product and packaging must remain in the same unused condition.
  • Products that have been altered, redecorated, or engraved in any manner are not eligible for resizing.
  • Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to send products back to Lumichu.
  • We'll complete your ring resizing within 7 business days of receiving the ring.
