Measuring Tape
We include a complimentary paper measuring tape with every order. This helps you determine the perfect size for your current purchase and future reference. It's also great for ensuring an accurate fit when requesting a resize.
Our Resizing Policy
- Our resizing service comes at no additional cost to all Lumichu customers.
- Customers are eligible for one ring resizing within 7 days of receiving their product.
- The product and packaging must remain in the same unused condition.
- Products that have been altered, redecorated, or engraved in any manner are not eligible for resizing.
- Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to send products back to Lumichu.
- We'll complete your ring resizing within 7 business days of receiving the ring.
